    At Planview, hiring and retaining talented individuals to deliver market-leading software products and exceptional customer service is our top priority. To help us achieve our mission, we’re looking to add a Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition Team. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands the end-to-end process of hiring top talent and knows how to be a strategic partner. You will partner closely with hiring managers throughout our organization to understand current and future people needs. The right person will be comfortable developing a sourcing strategy, pivoting their approach for different positions, and have a critical eye when assessing talent. While you will recruit for various departments, our ideal candidate has a passion for sourcing, networking, and recruiting sales candidates. Beyond supporting North America operations, you’ll also have the opportunity to partner with our international hiring teams.


    • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all levels of the organization, from entry-level to senior-level positions, with a specialized focus on our sales organization
    • Operate with urgency when responding to and scheduling candidates in order to move the best talent through the interview process quickly in a competitive market
    • Dive into sourcing to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with diverse top talent
    • Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
    • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including process improvement, employer branding, campus recruiting, and summer internship program
    • Act as a brand ambassador for Planview both internally and externally
    • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience


    • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
    • A positive, make-it-happen spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
    • A track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and interviewers
    • Ability to use past and current data to drive decision making and educate leaders
    • Passion for creating delightful and memorable candidate experiences at every touch point
    • Great interpersonal written/verbal communications skills - a sense of humor is a must
    • Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and directed; ability to collaborate is necessary, but you’ll be autonomous and want to succeed without a ton of direction; taking initiative and follow-through is a must
