    We are seeking a driven, innovative and energetic demand gen marketer to work across our organization and within our customers to drive new revenue opportunities within the Planview installed base. Reporting to the global Director of Customer Marketing, this individual should have a willingness to test boldly and fail fast, and an ability to “get stuff done”. Customer demand will come from a combination of Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives as well as more traditional one-to-few and one-to-many campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone that understands the customer lifecycle and will effectively utilize the workflows of our customer success and sales organizations to transform the moments of value our customers experience into enduring narratives, relationships and opportunities for expansion.     Responsibilities

    • Work with professional services, marketing, customer success and sales to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
    • Partner with solutions marketing to create strategic demand-generation style programs that increase share of wallet and drive new revenue opportunities
    • Measure the impact of customer marketing activities on customer growth, and communicate these impacts within the organization
    • Develop solution-based multi-channel customer campaigns that build demand from awareness through opportunity and support close acceleration
    • Complete end-to-end coordination and management of demand generation programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting
    • Target segmentation analysis, budgeting and building business plans for new customer acquisition
    • Learn target buyer personas and tailor market and territory-specific value proposition to fit a variety of program across the buying cycle
    • Development of bottoms-up plans to deliver demand required to achieve customer bookings objectives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field, MBA optional
    • 3-5 years B2B technology marketing experience, with specific experience in demand generation, account based marketing (ABM) and customer marketing campaigns
    • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS software marketing, demand generation, and sales processes
    • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
    • Exceptional organizational influence skills
    • Outstanding ability to empathize with customers and collaborate with sales and customer success teams
    • Excellence in narrative storytelling and editing
    • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo)
    • Two years of practical ABM experience, including working knowledge of the ABM technology stack (orchestration, predictive, ad tech)
    • Experience and passion for performance optimization, specifically using A/B or multivariate testing for conversion rate improvement
    • Strong analytical skills and metrics driven decision making
    • Exceptional written and oral communications skills, effective in both formal and informal settings
    • Ability to work and execute in a fast paced, dynamic environment as a member of Planview’s global marketing team
