    Planview is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to work closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success Operations, Product and IT in support of new and existing customer sales. The Sales Ops Analyst will be responsible for providing guidance to the sales teams by implementing a well-structured sales process, analyzing team performance within the framework of that process, enhancing the sales team’s productivity and effectiveness and implementing solutions based on data and analysis.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
    • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
    • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
    • Assist the Sr. Sales Operations leader in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales team’s performance
    • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams
    • Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to provide day-to-day end user support to all levels of the organization
    • Administer sales compensation program, ensure proper commission payments to the sales organization, manage ongoing changes to sales quotas, update territory assignments, and handle commission escalations and manual adjustments.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree is required
    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and experience with visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software (i.e. InsightSquared)
    • Confidence in advocating for best practices – proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into effective use of applications
    • Proven experience breaking down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and thinking through optimal solutions
    • Takes a high degree of ownership over their work
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to work on multiple projects in parallel
    • Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm when taking on new projects and responsibilities
    • Understands, creates, and delivers top-quality, audience-appropriate communication
